Estimates

All estimates provided by Adam’s Stump Grinding are free and based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional stumps, roots, rocks, underground obstructions, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Additional charges may apply if fences, gates, landscaping, or other obstacles limit equipment access.

Utility Locations

Customers are responsible for identifying and marking any private underground utilities, including sprinkler systems, invisible pet fences, landscape lighting, septic components, and other non-public utility lines. Adam’s Stump Grinding is not responsible for damage to unmarked private utilities.

Stump Grinding Service

Stumps are typically ground below ground level unless otherwise agreed upon. Surface roots may be removed upon request for an additional charge.

Cleanup

Standard service includes cleanup of the immediate work area. Grindings and wood chips may be left on-site unless removal is requested.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Liability

Adam’s Stump Grinding is fully insured and will perform all work in a professional manner. Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

Weather

Scheduled work may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
